KZL Resistance of Slag Attack Test Furnace
KZL furnace has been designed according to the Chinese standard GB/T 8931 Refractories—Determination of slag resistance, which is mainly used to evaluate slag resistance of shaped and unshaped refractory products in molten slag or liquid steel etc.. In testing, there are three test methods can be chosen: static crucible method, static /dynamic corroding and inletting gas method.

The furnace adopts circular structure, the lining using advanced alumina hollow ball, high temperature resistance and long service life
External insulation layer adopt high aluminum light brick and multi crystal fiber cotton, good insulation performance, patented technology, double gas curtain furnace shell design, energy saving 20%
Lifting type rotating mechanism equipped with cantilever rotating and lifting device
Using stepper motor, pulse control speed, the speed can be adjusted according to the requirements in the test
Bottom opening mechanism is convenient for loading the test slag liquid. The N2 device is used to simulated the high temperature boiling state of the slag and can be used to form a non oxidizing environment on the surface of the slag.
The equipment has the function of broken bar protection, short circuit protection,thermocouple broke protection and over temperature alarm protection.
Test equipment using graphite crucible or magnesia crucible for different slag , and equipped with SiC recrystallization protection crucible, prolong the service life of the crucible, and to prevent accidental damage of lining under the high temperature .
The measurement and control device adopts T2100 intelligent controller as the core instrument.
