TCF Thermal Conductivity Function Tester

　　By test principal of plate method, the tester is used perfectly to evaluate thermal conductivity or thermal conductivity function of every layer sample which is put into the furnace layer by layer at 100-1600℃,. The test range is form 0.02W/m•k to 4.0W/m•k.

　　TCF-Q series, thermal conductivity function tester have been designed to solve the  anti oxidation of carbon containing materials and the durability issues of temperature measurement .

　　TCF can test the similar material sample with a maximum of 4 layers and the total thickness is not more than 100mm. Optional layers, thickness, material of samples;

　　Upper using temperature depends on the temperature of the test instrument and the maximum temperature of the upper layer;

　　The excellent characteristic of the highest value of the heat conduction function is related to the thermal conductivity of the material.
