3 Detailed description

The main function is to apply the test force to the sample during the test.Double column integral structure, ball screw drive, mechanical transmission mode, relative hydraulic control with high control precision, reliable performance, easy maintenance and low cost.Equipped with special adjustable span bending fixture or automatic adjustment compensation plate deviation of spherical pressure clamp

Load measuring system:

Composed of 2/10000 high precision pressure sensor and industrial intelligent module.The whole range is not divided, with the same accuracy.

Processing system

Data acquisition and data processing system

Working principle:

The signal of the measurement system is collected and stored in the computer after changed.After the test, the computer will automatically process and analyze the test data according to the standard of the test method, and then obtain the result.Test results are stored in the form of a standard database and a long-term test database is established. The test data is open to users, so that users can process the test data according to their own requirements.The system also can re processing and re analysis the test data to confirm whether the results of the previous test is reliable.

Test data output and printing system:

The system is composed of two parts, one is the Chinese operation interface, which is synchronous with the test, including the test data and the test speed, so that users can monitor the whole process during the test.The other part is to provide the test results to the user through the printer in the form of reports.
