Brief introduction of instrument application:
According to YB/T2208 test standards, mainly used for refractory materials, ceramics, carbon, pellets, coal and other inorganic non-metallic materials compressive strength test at high or room temperature.
Main properties and parameters:
1. Heating furnace with high temperature energy-saving materials, modular design;
2. Heating elements are arranged on both sides of the furnace, and the temperature difference is less than ±10℃;
3. 304 stainless steel circulating water cooling mechanism;
4. Pressure bar, loading template material:HCST14 standard configuration Si3N4-SiC;HCST15/HCST16 standard configuration R-SiC;If SiC does not adapt to the test temperature,exclusive material is provided;
5. The cube with the sidelength of 20mm~70mm and sphere or cylinder with diameter of 20mm~70mm;
6. The sample with sidelength or diameter of 40mm~70mm, 3 samples/ test; 20mm~40mm, 10 samples/ test;
7. Fully automatic control by IPC,software using Windows system,automatic control temperature and loading process,real time dynamic recording Instantaneous force and maximum force, “T-T” and “S-T”curves,the whole process can be playback,the test data were stored in a ACCESS database mode and can query at any time using the third party software;
8. Force value acquisition cycle is less than 2ms,the control period is less than 10ms, and the accuracy is 0.5;
9. With safety protections of current limiting, circuit breakers, broken even, over temperature, cooling, overload and sending sample;effective calibration, temperature calibration, position calibration and setting function;
10. Sample loading: one side door;
11. Temperature measuring element is S or B thermocouple;
12. The control system adopts an independent control cabinet,industrial intelligent module,anti interference ability, low maintenance rate, high stability and reliability.
