High temperature energy saving integrated performance simulation device (temperature difference measuring instrument)
Mainly used for heat conduction simulation of furnace lining materials, the temperature of the test material surface, temperature gradient and other indicators; through the comparison of different materials with different thickness in layered masonry and heat insulation performance, thermal performance evaluation of different materials and thickness combinations.
Use temperature:1400℃、1500℃、1600℃、1700℃、1800℃(The test temperature depends on the furnace state of the material to be tested.)
Heating area of furnace:400×150×300mm(D*W*H)
Thermal homogeneity:≤±5℃
The size of test sample is not less than 450mm * 330mm, the minimum thickness of single sample is 25mm, single sample or multi sample thickness is less than 250mm;
The single layer of the material to be measured is generally 1 to 3 layers, not more than 5 layers.
Selection of the thickness and layers are depend on the properties of the material to be tested.
The thickness direction of the material to be measured is 200mm
